About Our Programs
Building Pathways Into Community Change Careers.
CLP’s Programs are partnerships between community colleges, public four-year colleges and universities, community leaders, and nonprofit organizations that offer unique academic credentials. These academic credentials include certificates and degrees in community leadership, public and community health, community planning and economic development, clean energy planning and development, and community change career pathways.
Along with academic credentials, students gain work-based learning experiences and mentoring that helps them navigate educational and career pathways toward becoming leaders in their communities.
CLP’s growing national network currently includes programs in seven states: California, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania, and Utah.
