Testimonials From Current Participants and Alum
This internship has offered me more than I bargained for. I picked up many new skills, interacted with and met new and incredible people. I even have found myself doing things I never thought I could do or had in me. Serving the community barely scratches the surface of what I have done through this program.
My experience as an intern for FACE has been great. I am learning different things and meeting new people. I work in the office some days, others I work in organizing food distribution and the tutoring club for local students…
Interns for Community Change – Summer/Fall 2022 – Application of Interest:
“Our students need hands-on experience in order to see themselves in roles where they can serve their communities. At Fresno City College, the ability to offer internships means offering hope and encouragement for our students as they navigate the difficult landscapes of higher education.”
